Retrospect Agent
Reader comments compiled by Mitch Tulloch
Although it isn't a fully functional backup utility, the Retrospect Agent allows you to make a copy of your pub and priv.edb's along with the logs at any time. It also allows you to run incrementals at a pre-defined time of the day per your own decision. I usually run the Retrospect and have it backup the databases to an entirely different server(via a mapped drive) altogether in the event that my Exchange goes down. At least then I have recent copies of the .edb's on another server's drive. Nothing can top a full tape backup, but this is an easy addition to your disaster recovery list. It requires very little configuration and it's a great tool. I haven't seen anything about it on Swync so I just thought I'd drop a suggestion.

You've probably heard of it already, but if not, it's out there.
