Objective 1 Using Outlook To Communicate Composing Mail Using Text In order to compose mail using text, you need to first click the New Mail Message button on the toolbar or select the Actions menu and choose New Mail Message. Then type your message into the Main Window or message field. Objective 1 Using Outlook To Communicate Printing Mail In order to print an e-mail using Microsoft Outlook simply select the message you wish to print and click the Print button on the Toolbar. If you need to print more than one message at a time, simply select all of the messages you wish to print and click the Print button on the Toolbar. If you want to configure how a message will be printed simply select the message you wish to print, Select the File menu and choose Print. The Print dialogue box will then appear giving you two choices Start Each Item On a New Page makes each message print on a new page and Print Attached Files With Items will print attachments along with the messages. After making your selections click OK and your message(s) will begin printing. In order to address mail by entering text simply click the New Mail Message on the toolbar or select the Actions menu and choose New Mail Message. Then type the e-mail address of the person you wish to send an e-mail to in the To field. If you need to send another copy of your e-mail to someone type his or her e-mail address in the CC field. And if you want to send another copy of the e-mail but you dont want them to show up in the address bar simply type their e-mail address into the BC field. By: Tracey J. Rosenblath
