First, your pay scale is based on the number of articles you submit each month. The scales are as follows:

Level 1 Columnist: Submit at least one article per month to be eligible for payment.

Level 2 Columnist: Submit 2-3 articles per month to become eligible for this higher pay scale

Level 3 Columnist: Submit at least four articles per month to become eligible for the highest pay scale

Next, your monthly payment is based upon the average number of times your pages are viewed each day by our readers. Remember, the hits you receive are residual. The articles you submitted last month will continue to contribute to the number of hits you receive this month.
